At The Preppy Bunny we hope each item purchased is loved by the person it was created for. Every personalized product is made to order, therefore please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for all custom orders. All monogrammed and personalized items are made to order and therefore are FINAL SALE and not returnable. Please take the time to proofread all spelling and typing, making sure all initials are in the correct format, as all personalized items are FINAL SALE.
If you choose to return a non-personalized item, please note that The Preppy Bunny is not responsible to pay for return shipping or make return shipping arrangements. Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged so that it is returned in the same condition you received the item. The Preppy Bunny is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item was damaged from the carrier en route to us. That will be dealt with by the carrier. Items that are damaged when we receive the return will not be eligible for a refund. The Preppy Bunny reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) have any sign of wear, damage, misuse or any alteration to the items original form.
Refunds will be credited upon our receipt of the merchandise only if merchandise is in new condition and the return process is within 15 days of purchase. Returns will be processed when merchandise is in hand and a refund will be processed in 2-4 business days. Refunds on shipping are not offered at this time and shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipping is through USPS Priority, USPS Ground Advantage or UPS. Shipping is a flat $9.95 fee. Standard shipping can take up to 7 business days to arrive during the holiday season. Two day shipping and overnight shipping are available for an extra fee. Orders must be received by noon CST for any rush shipping to be sent overnight or two day shipping. Any items that are returned to The Preppy Bunny will be at the customers expense. You can also choose free local pickup if you are in the Omaha area. In the rare instance a data entry error is made on the website with pricing of a product, the customer will be notified and a refund for that merchandise will be processed immediately and the order cancelled. You may reorder the merchandise at the correct price. We refuse to sell any item below the minimum advertised price per our vendors. If you choose to disagree with this you will be permanently banned from purchasing from us or coming in our establishment again. We do not jeopardize our vendor relations on human errors that may occur in a very rare instance.
